Can I keep my mobile number when I move to TalkTalk?

Yes, although you must request this at the point of registration.

First, you will need to obtain a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) from your existing provider prior to registering with us. If you ring them and ask, they will be able to provide this to you freely. Once you’ve provided us with the PAC during your registration we’ll transfer your number to the TalkTalk mobile service on your requested date.

Please note: Your TalkTalk SIM will only become active on your requested transfer date. Unfortunately, you will be unable to make or receive calls until your existing number has been transferred to your TalkTalk SIM.
